ONLINE AND IN-STORE PURCHASES
Our company strives for customer satisfaction with the products and service we provide. We ask that customers check all the features and specification of the products they are ordering before placing the order.
Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, please contact Future appliances immediately at before signing the delivery receipt. Be sure to report any defects or damage to Future Appliances Inc immediately.
POLICY
Factory-sealed products can be returned at no penalty within 7 days of receipt, or up to 30 days of receipt with a restocking fee applied.*
Authorized returns can be dropped off at a Future appliances pick-up location at no additional cost. A retrieval fee may be applicable if Future appliances is required to retrieve the product.
All damages must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
All product defects or recalls are subject to manufacturer’s warranty.
All defects will be inspected by a factory technician prior to Returns Authorization to assess the issue.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized in writing prior to drop-off or pickup of products.
No returns or exchanges on used or installed products.
All authorized returns or exchanges must have original packaging.
All Future appliances authorized returns and exchanges on undamaged products that have been opened, and not used, are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable delivery charges.
Any units that are approved for a return or exchange must be returned to Future appliances within 14 days of the approval date. Failure to return the item within 14 days will void the original approval and any return/exchange request will need to be resubmitted for review.
